- 2 cups tortellini
- 4 ounces turkey bacon
- 4 ounces chicken ham
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, add chicken ham and garlic, sauté for a few minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together the cream, eggs, and Parmesan cheese.
- Drain the tortellini and add to the skillet with the chicken ham.
- Pour the cream mixture over the tortellini and mix well.
- Add crumbled turkey bacon, salt, and pepper. Cook until heated through.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add freshly chopped parsley before serving.
