Tortellini Carbonara: Indulgent Twist with Turkey Bacon and Chicken Ham

Tortellini Carbonara

A delicious and indulgent twist on traditional carbonara, made with tortellini, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups tortellini
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces chicken ham
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add chicken ham and garlic, sauté for a few minutes.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the cream, eggs, and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Drain the tortellini and add to the skillet with the chicken ham.
  6. Pour the cream mixture over the tortellini and mix well.
  7. Add crumbled turkey bacon, salt, and pepper. Cook until heated through.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add freshly chopped parsley before serving.
