The Best Ground Beef Enchiladas

Easy and delicious ground beef enchiladas that the whole family will love!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour some enchilada sauce into the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Fill tortillas with beef mixture and cheese, roll them up, and place in the dish.
  6. Top with remaining enchilada sauce and cheese.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

Notes

  • These enchiladas can be customized with your favorite vegetables.
  • Serve with sour cream and cilantro for extra flavor.
