Teriyaki Chicken Flatbread

A delicious and easy-to-make Teriyaki Chicken Flatbread that brings the flavors of takeout into your kitchen.

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 4 flatbreads
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Marinate the chicken breasts in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. Once cooked, slice the chicken into strips.
  5. Spread mayonnaise on each flatbread.
  6. Top with sliced teriyaki chicken, lettuce, carrots, and green onions.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  8. Roll the flatbread and serve warm.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add some sriracha to the mayonnaise.
