  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pierce sweet potatoes with a fork, place on a baking sheet, and bake for 45-60 minutes until soft.
  3. Once cooked, let cool slightly, then peel and place in a bowl.
  4. Add butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
