- 1 ½ cups warm water
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 10 minutes until frothy.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, Italian seasoning, and olive oil. Gradually stir in the yeast mixture.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
