Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil.
  3. Whisk in eggs until well blended.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  8. Prepare the streusel topping by mixing flour, brown sugar, and butter until crumbly; sprinkle over the loaf.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  10. Let cool before slicing.
