Strawberry Shortcake Cheesecake Dessert Sushi Rolls

  • 1 cup cheesecake filling
  • 2 cups sushi rice, cooked and cooled
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate sprinkles
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions and allow it to cool completely.
  2. On a bamboo sushi mat, spread an even layer of sushi rice.
  3. Layer the cheesecake filling and sliced strawberries on top of the rice.
  4. Carefully roll the sushi using the mat to create a tight roll.
  5. Coat the outside of the roll with whipped cream, then sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles and graham cracker crumbs.
  6. Slice the rolls into bite-sized pieces and serve immediately.
