Steak and Shrimp Stir Fry

  • 1 pound beef steak, sliced thin
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, cornstarch, and ginger. Add the steak and shrimp and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the marinated steak and shrimp, cooking until shrimp are pink and steak is browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add the bell peppers and broccoli, stir-frying for another 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
