- 1 pound beef steak, sliced thin
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, cornstarch, and ginger. Add the steak and shrimp and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the marinated steak and shrimp, cooking until shrimp are pink and steak is browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the bell peppers and broccoli, stir-frying for another 5 minutes.
