  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 2 sheets nori, cut into squares

Instructions

  1. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. In a bowl, toss shrimp with soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook shrimp until they are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Layer sushi rice in a stack on a plate.
