  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake meatballs for 20 minutes.
  5. While meatballs are baking, cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  6. In a saucepan, heat crushed tomatoes with oregano and basil over medium heat.
  7. Add baked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
