- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, chopped turkey bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs of your desired size.
- Place the meatballs in the slow cooker.
- Pour the beef broth over the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- If using cornstarch, mix it with a little cold water to create a slurry and add to the slow cooker in the last 30 minutes of cooking to thicken the sauce.
