- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (for streusel)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (for streusel)
- 1 tablespoon melted butter (for streusel)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
