  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped pecans.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
