Simple Baked Stuffed Salmon with Spinach and Feta

A delicious recipe for salmon stuffed with spinach and feta cheese, baked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted, then mix in feta cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each salmon fillet with the spinach and feta mixture.
  5. Place stuffed fillets in a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with additional lemon juice if desired.
