  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, then pour in the white wine and let simmer.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and let it thicken slightly.
  6. Mix in half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and parsley; stir until combined.
  7. In a baking dish, layer noodles, shrimp mixture, and remaining cheese until all ingredients are used.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
