  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into rectangles.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cheese, sausage, onions, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the filling on half of the pastry rectangles.
  5. Fold the pastry over and seal edges with a fork.
  6. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
