Instructions

  1. Cook the farro according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the farro and broccoli.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
