- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup bourbon or rum (optional)
