  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. In another bowl, mix together pumpkin, milk, and vanilla.
  5. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and shape it into a circle about 1 inch thick.
  7. Cut into wedges and place on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
