Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tin with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil; mix until well combined.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and cloves.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fill the cupcake liners about two-thirds full with batter.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
