- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 cups cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
