  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the beef steak and cook until browned.
  2. Add onion, green bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
  3. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
