  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 1 cup homemade or store-bought pesto
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix the grated Parmesan with salt and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with olive oil and then dip them into the Parmesan mixture.
