Peach Cobbler That’s Gooey Inside With A Crisp Sugary Crust

Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced fresh peaches
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, milk, and baking powder.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  5. Add the peach mixture on top of the batter.
  6. Drizzle the melted butter over the mixture.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
