Parmesan Garlic Chicken with Tortellini and Veggies

A delicious and easy recipe for Parmesan Garlic Chicken served with tortellini and fresh vegetables.

  • 2 cups tortellini
  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add the chicken breast pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Incorporate broccoli and bell peppers. Sauté for another 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the cooked tortellini, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
