  • 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed Oreos for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gradually add powdered sugar.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in vanilla extract.
  5. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, then fold in crushed Oreos.
  6. Spread the mousse over the crust and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
  7. Once set, remove from the pan, top with additional crushed Oreos, and serve.

Notes

  • For an extra chocolatey flavor, add cocoa powder to the mousse mixture.
  • Serve with whipped cream for added richness.
