  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 12 mini Oreo cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies with enough melted butter to form a crumbly mixture. Press into the bottom of a muffin tin.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
  5. Distribute the cheesecake mixture over the cookie crust in the muffin tin.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until set. Let cool completely.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
  8. Top each cheesecake cup with a mini Oreo before serving.
