- 12 large mushrooms
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, black pepper, garlic powder, parsley, and the chopped turkey bacon.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
