Monterey Chicken Spaghetti

A delicious twist on traditional spaghetti featuring Monterey chicken and turkey bacon.

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, cook chicken breasts until fully cooked, then shred.
  4. Mix shredded chicken with barbecue sauce and heat through.
  5. Combine spaghetti, chicken mixture, crumbled turkey bacon, and half of the cheese in a bowl.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish, top with remaining cheese, and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
