  • 3 pounds chuck roast
  • 3 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1 cup pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/4 cup butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 275°F (135°C).
  2. Place the chuck roast in a large roasting pan.
  3. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix over the roast.
  4. Arrange the turkey bacon on top of the roast.
  5. Add the pepperoncini peppers and pour the butter on top.
  6. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 4-5 hours or until the meat is tender.
