Mini Meatloaves

Deliciously easy to make, these mini meatloaves are packed with flavor and topped with crispy turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, chopped turkey bacon, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into small loaves and place them in a baking dish.
  4. Top each mini meatloaf with a spoonful of ketchup.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add your favorite herbs to the meat mixture.
