  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup candy corn

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of each cupcake liner in a muffin tin.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Add the heavy cream and continue to beat until fluffy.
  6. Gently fold in the candy corn.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in each cupcake liner.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly.
  9. Let cool and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
