  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 2 cups fish stock
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic, saute until translucent.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes and fish stock, and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add shrimp, scallops, and crab meat, cooking until seafood is tender.
  5. Season with red pepper flakes and parsley before serving.
