  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes.
