  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
  4. Add the ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in the spices, then mix in the chopped turkey bacon and cheese.
  6. Stuff the bell peppers with the turkey mixture.
