Deliciously crispy and loaded with savory flavors, these Loaded Hash Browns with Turkey Bacon and Chicken Ham are the perfect breakfast indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated potatoes
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the grated potatoes with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Add the mixture to the skillet and cook until golden brown on one side; flip and repeat.
  4. During the last few minutes, add turkey bacon and chicken ham on top of the potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese and green onions over the top and cover until the cheese melts.
  6. Serve warm with sour cream.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding garlic powder or onions.
  • Feel free to substitute regular bacon for turkey bacon.
