  • 1 cup canned tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, shredded cheddar cheese, eggs, almond flour, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Preheat a mini waffle maker and spray it with cooking spray.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into the waffle maker and cook until golden brown and crispy.
