Keto Crispy Reuben Roll-Ups

Delicious and low-carb, these Keto Crispy Reuben Roll-Ups are a perfect meal option for those following a ketogenic diet.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 8 oz chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sauerkraut, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, and pepper.
  3. Wrap each slice of chicken ham around a slice of turkey bacon and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Top with Swiss cheese and spoon the sauerkraut mixture over the top.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until bacon is crispy and cheese is melted.

Notes

  • For added flavor, use smoked turkey bacon.
