  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a pan, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the broccoli and cauliflower florets to the sausage and sauté for 5 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Combine the sausage mixture and cream mixture, then add half of the cheddar cheese.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle the remaining cheddar on top, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
