A delicious and easy Keto BBQ Chicken Casserole that uses turkey bacon for a healthier twist.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup low-carb BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and BBQ sauce.
  3. Fold in the crumbled turkey bacon and half of the shredded cheese.
  4. Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining cheese and green onions.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add jalapeños.
  • Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
