  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, diced chicken ham, breadcrumbs, eggs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  4. Spread marinara sauce over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
