  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup pickles, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Add milk and stir until just combined.
  5. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
  6. Roll out and cut into circles.
  7. Place biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. While the biscuits bake, season chicken with cayenne, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  9. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
