  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tray with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla and peach puree.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fill the cupcake liners with the batter and bake for 18-20 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool completely before frosting.
