- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for about 1 minute.
