Homemade Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
  4. Dip each chicken piece in the flour mixture, then eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  6. Fry chicken nuggets until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  7. Drain on paper towels.
