1 cup salsa verde
1 cup Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Rub the mixture onto the chicken breasts.
Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side.
