Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add flour, salt, 2 tablespoons olive oil, minced garlic, and rosemary. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Punch down the dough and spread it onto a greased baking sheet.
  7. Using your fingers, create dimples in the dough and drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
