8 ounces lo mein noodles
1 pound chicken breast, sliced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, snow peas)
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
Add sliced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until no longer pink.
Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
Stir in the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. Toss everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
