A delicious twist on traditional macaroni salad, featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the macaroni, turkey bacon, chicken ham, mayonnaise, relish, onion, bell pepper, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • This salad tastes even better the next day, allowing flavors to meld together.
