  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 oz cooked turkey bacon, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for about 1 minute until melted and stir.
  3. Add the egg into the melted cheese mixture and stir until well combined.

  5. Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the cheese and egg mixture until a dough forms.
  6. Add chopped turkey bacon and mix until evenly distributed.
  7. Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread it out to your desired thickness.
  8. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
